What if I can’t find my size or item?

We may be out of stock on a certain item or size so please contact us and we will do out best to get you what you want or to offer an alternative option. Some products may not be available to order and depends on availability from the manufacturer. Also, we have a large inventory of additional products in our retail store and cannot display everything for sale online, please contact us for further information.

When will I get my order?

If everything on your order is in stock, and you live within the continental United States, then you can expect your order within 2-10 business days if using ground shipping. Please allow extra 1-3 business days if any items require alterations. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation and upon shipment a tracking number will be sent via e-mail.

Can my order be rushed?

If you need the order in a rush, select expedited shipping during checkout, and feel free to contact us to make sure the items of urgency are in stock. We do not ship partial orders without prior consent, nor will we substitute products without informing you first. Please note that even next day air orders require 1-2 business days for processing.

Are all the products on your website guaranteed to be in stock?

We try our best to keep inventory levels as high as possible and to update available sizes everyday. However some items may be out of stock or we may not have all the items that you ordered in stock. Please provide us with a valid e-mail or contact number so that we can inform you on the status of backorder items or if we can substitute a similar item before shipping your order complete.

Where do you ship from?

Everything we ship is from our store in Southern California; we also may drop ship your order direct from the manufacturer if we do not have the item

Is my personal information safe?

We take every procedure to ensure that all your personal information is safe and secure.  All transactions are encrypted through SSL for your security. We do not share any information collected to any other source.

What if I didn’t receive my order, items are missing, or the wrong item was sent?

If you receive the wrong order or wrong items, we will make sure to correct the situation right away. We take all precautionary measures to make sure that all items are packed accurately. If you receive a box that has been tampered with or opened, please do not accept delivery before checking contents. All orders are processed promptly, and if anything is wrong with your order we will contact you. Please make sure that you have provided accurate contact information. If your order does not ship within 30 days and if we fail to communicate over that time period, a full refund will be issued.

Do you ship International?

Yes we ship international with UPS and USPS. Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties and customs fees. Also, Levi’s® products are for Domestic USA customers only and cannot be shipped internationally. Resale of Levi’s® products is strictly prohibited. Any international orders that contain Levi’s® products will not be fulfilled. Dickies® products are for Domestic USA customers only and cannot be shipped overseas. Jockey® products are for Domestic USA customers only and cannot be shipped overseas.

What is the difference in sizes, between big and tall?

Please refer to our size chart for additional information. Depending on the manufacturer, they will use a different format for big and tall. For example, a regular big 2X is the same as 2XB and 2XL, whereas a tall 2X will be labeled as 2XT or 2XLT. Generally, tall sizes are longer in length and less fuller in the body compared to a big.

Do you price match?

Unfortunately we do not price match for any products on our website. Please keep in mind our low shipping costs and free alterations. Also, check back for frequent specials and sign up for our newsletter to receive coupons.
