Shipping

Everything is shipped from our store in Los Angeles California. If shipping to the Contiguous USA, and everything on your order is in stock, you can expect to receive your order within 2-10 Days using regular Ground shipping. Extra time may be needed if your order is not complete, and we have to contact you first. Also, please allow 1-3 extra days for your order if any alterations are required.

If expedited shipping is required, please select a suitable shipping option during checkout. We will do our best to rush your order as soon as possible. Also, please feel free to contact us to make sure the items of urgency are all in stock and ready to ship. Please note that International Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and any other custom fees. Please check with your respecitve post office.

Levi’s® products are for Domestic USA customers only and cannot be shipped internationally. Resale of Levi’s® products is strictly prohibited, thank you for understanding.

Dickies® products are for Domestic USA customers only and cannot be shipped overseas.

Jockey® products are for Domestic USA customers only and cannot be shipped overseas.

Priority Mail International (PMI Reliable Priority Handling to Over 190 Countries 6-10 Business Days). Express Mail International (EMI Reliable Expedited Shipping to Over 190 Countries 3-5 Business Days). Global Express Guaranteed (GXG Reliable Date Certain Shipping to Over 190 Countries 1-3 Business Days)

UPS – United Parcel Service Domestic Shipping Options: Ground (1-5 Business Days depending on location). 3-Day Select (3 Business Days, delivery by end of day). 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days, delivery typically by end of day). Next Day Air Saver (Next Business Day, delivery typically by 3pm). Next Day Air (Next Business Day, delivery typically by 10:30am)

 *We recommend USPS Global Express Guranteed for International shipping, however if you would prefer an alternate we can ship using UPS Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express for approximately $30 more dollars than USPS services, please inquire for further information regarding international shipping.

Returns, Cancellations and Exchanges

There are no exchanges or returns for any international orders. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days after you receive your order. We will only issue credit for items sold in the original condition and packaging with all original manufacturer tags attached. Items cannot be worn, laundered, and must be free of any odors and pet hair. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on any open underwear/undergarments and socks. Merchandise that is defective will only be issued credit within 30 days from purchase and is subject to our discretion. The customer is responsible for all freight charges and items that are returned to us defective from normal wear and use will not be issued any credit or refunded any shipping charges.

Sorry we cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been altered; we offer free basic alterations but please confirm that you have entered the correct measurements during checkout. If you return an item to us in used condition, we will not issue credit so please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If you want to cancel your order, we will issue a full refund only if your order has not yet been shipped. If your oder has already been shipped, you can still return the items to us, however we do not refund shipping charges, and the customer is resposible to pay for the return freight.

We are not responsible for lost packages on purchases and returns, so we recommend using UPS or a carrier that has a tracking number. All shipping claims on purchases and returns to us must be dealt between with the shipping carrier and consumer. If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or item, please return the product first and indicate what you want instead either by including a note with your package or sending us an e-mail

We do not refund any shipping charges for returns or exchanges so make sure you have ordered the correct items, if anything is wrong with your order please contact us as soon as possible.

For exchanges and returns the customer is responsible for all freight both ways, and is also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Additionally, if a shipment is refused or non-deliverable, the customer will be responsible for the whole shipping cost and any additional costs to re-deliver or re-stock the items.

Refunds will be issued promptly, however may not appear immediately on your bank statement.
